"The staff was amazing. The rooms smelled good and were clean. They kept them clean daily. The AC could have been a little better. And the upkeep of the gym could have been better. But overall this hotel was one of the best I've stayed at in another country. The restaurant hooked to it was a really nice convenience."

This 2nd property was excellent so we just wasted less than 1 hour although they could have told us in advance. On Sunday evening there was not any hot water and we were told "Sorry!, we are working on it", which was not true because at 1am the water was still cold.
