"The hotel is okay, however the reservation was for 2 pm we arrive and the room was not ready. The cleaning person didn't show up the next day. The painting is damage all coming out. For some reason water stinks."

"Ive seen reviews talk about a smell in the lobby, i think it the sewers in Juarez. That smell was almost all over Juarez. The hotel didn't look like what I seen online, but it wasn't bad. It was clean. All staff members we encountered were very nice. We felt safe. Having a kitchenette saved us alot on eating. The room served its purpose. Temporary shelter while we did our business at the Consulate. We liked the location. Close to a mall, corner stores, the consulate, restaurants, etc. "

"Literalmente si vienes al consulado es el lugar ideal. Estás enfrente de la embajada. Es un lugar súper seguro! Ambiente familiar. Todo está al alcance de uno. Y el desayuno en la mañana lo máximo, aparte siempre hay café. Loved it. 100% English and Spanish sin problema igual."

"Book with caution, this is definitely more of a party hotel. The property plays loud music until 1–2 AM, and if you’re a light sleeper, you will absolutely hear the music and bass from your room. Unfortunately, they do not make this clear until check-in. There is a waiver box buried on the second page of the check-in documents that says, “I accept that music will be played until 2 AM.” By that point, getting a refund through Expedia is unlikely, which feels a bit like a trap. We went to bed...

"The staff were excellent and attentive but understaffed. The property management should hire 2-3 more people it would more than pay off in lost revenue due to underordering because not enough wait staff."
