The Hotel overall is nice and great location. The only thing I'd like to mention is that the staff at the front desk weren't very attentive at night maybe because they were shortstaffed. But good hotel overall.

Everything was great however there were 3 things to consider in making a choice elsewhere. 1.) the bed is pretty stiff. 2.) the hotel sits between 2 nightclubs. I had loud music blasting next door till 2 am. 3.) the breakfast was pretty weak. I think there could be some improvement there. Aside from that, parking was nice with the security guard, check in was super fast and friendly. Staff was presentable and the hotel was very clean. The room was amazing!

I was genuinely impressed with the property. It was clean and comfortable, with only small issues like a leaking ice machine and a stained duvet. Unfortunately, the terrible customer service ruined the stay. The front desk lady was rude and dismissive. When I asked for extra pillows for my mom, who has bad acid reflux, she questioned why we needed them and how many were already in the room. The same thing happened when I asked for extra towels it felt like an interrogation instead of basic hospitality. There was also no iron in the room. The hotel has potential, but the staff’s attitude made it a really unpleasant experience.

Breakfast was amazing, but the staff weren't very nice. We didn't see any smiles. Pool was very dirty and they made us change rooms. The air conditioner wasn't working and the fridge wasn't working either. We had to tell them a couple times to fix them and they never did. They cleaned the rooms super late. I will never stay at this hotel again.
