"The hotel is lovely but a massive downfall in check in was my room was ready and set up as a family room after constantly asking for it to be set up and getting nowhere getting told someone’s on their way up. It should be done now. finally after refusing to leave reception without a staff member coming with me to do it there and then kids were shattered very stressful and up far beyond bedtime!"

"Surpassed all expectations just about .. My only slight criticism was that the children’s pool access was restricted to 8:30–10:00am, which felt quite limiting. Trying to fit both breakfast and a family swim into that short window and all by 10am made the mornings feel a little rushed. "Very pleasant staff and the room was super spacious and tidy. We were greatly surprised by the size. We enjoyed our stay. Although, it doesn’t have air conditioning but I enjoyed my sleep, and I wish I could have taken more picture of myself at the pool when it was still scanty but we weren’t allowed to. "Wonderful stay. The setting is very peaceful and calm, after a 2 night stay we felt utterly replenished. The beds and pillows were large and comfortable. Robes and slippers were provided. The staff were friendly, approachable and professional. The spa is truly a gem here. Clean , was never crowded and relaxing. We never had any treatments but didn't feel like we missed out on anything. Loved sitting outside the spa and eating after a relaxing spa session. Special mention to Victoria at the spa...
