This is easily the best serviced apartment in Georgetown. It is quite possibly my dream home. What we loved the most was all 3 bedrooms have an attached bathroom. Everything else is excellent and exceeded our expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at Macalister Terrace Hotel. The hotel is very comfortable, clean, and has a really nice ambience that made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. A special thanks to Liz, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Her warm hospitality and excellent service truly made the experience even better. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay in Penang. I would definitely come back again!

Well maintained hotel at the heart of GeorgeTown. Excellent location for connectivity to the mainland, via the ferries’ jetty, very close to historical sites (eg the Khoo Kongsi), local eateries and to the lively night scene. Staff are friendly and helpful (special shout out to Nick and Eline). The night staff during my stay could smile more or just offer a warm greeting. Nice property

Nice hotel design. The famous star coffee stall just right opposite this hotel and surprisingly this star coffee and toast set is included in the breakfast menu which u can just order with the front desk without queuing up at the stall.

Overall is good

The experience was so welcoming the moment I step into the hotel. The lobby is so elegantly designed and look so grand. The front desk staffs Buva and Kavitha were so friendly and helpful. Rooms are super classy with Victorian feel. Beds are really comfortable. Had a really superb stay. Will definitely come back again.
