"Broken toilet half way through our stay. One outside staff member was very slow on taking orders and was rather unresponsive to trying and getting our order placed. Eventually we got our waters and Nacho's but the tortillas were all very soggy and said it was probably because the staff that delivers the orders took it to the wrong location. "The staff was super pleasant and kind - especially the front desk staff. I guess my biggest gripe is that the pool area isn't very inviting. It's not well lit at night and just generally felt like it needed tlc. The restaurant doesn't have much of a vibe and the food is bland but fine. The coffee sucks but it is what you expect at a hotel. It is on the far south side of 7MB so expect long walks but we already knew about that so it was no big deal for us.. we did like our stay here but I think...

"Perfect place for families with kids. The rooms were great (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen). The pool was great for kids with both a deeper section (3-5 ft) and I nice shallow section (2 feet) with waterfalls. In addition to the facility the staff was great with activities for kids (coral painting, make magnets, etc) and it’s located well to walk to a ton of restaurants, the beach, and easy pickup to attractions. Would go back! "
