"Horrible parking, barge"

"Here are a few points of feedback about our stay: *At check in it was not explained that the Sky Bar was closed. *I brought herbal tea bags with me, as part of my morning routine, and they were removed by housekeeping. *The creamers were not re-filled to allow to make a tea or coffee *Pool area is very small for the size of the hotel - with the hotel air con unit droning on all day - not conducive to relaxing *Our customer experience didn't match the 5 star rating, lack of acknowledgement when...

"We absolutely loved staying at Lamara Hotel Barcelona! It was in a wonderful location, the staff went above and beyond in helping us and we were treated very well. We loved the rooftop bar/restaurant and the views from up there. We used it every night of our stay. We cannot wait to go back."

"This is a GEM of a little hotel located on La Rambla. Close to everything and if it isn’t close you can hop on the easy to use Metra. There are two stops right outside the hotel! **A word of caution for those traveling to this area over the next year or two. There is a TON of construction on La Rambla right now and ALL the locals told us it will be that way for the next two to three years. Just a heads up! BUT, having said that, this hotel is still FANTASTIC!"

"Not in a good part of town - the management describe the surrounding area as ‘ethnically diverse’ but it’s more like a ghetto - unclean and felt unsafe, especially at night. There are signs on the entrance door warning people about this."
