"Great hotel in a magical setting. Construction work outside the hotel made entering and exiting a bit chaotic. Hotel personnel were fantastic. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great. Worth the effort getting to especially driving in downtown Cuenca (you have to experience it to understand this comment)."

"The hotel balconies provided an excellent view of Toledo. The rooms were comfortable with Spanish accents. The hotel lacked technical sophistication with spotty wi-fi and a lack of outlets at the desks to get power to the computers. In fact, we tried to connect our computer to the outlet under the desk and the entire outlet came out of the wall. Please note, that there are no restaurants near the hotel that have reliable hours.
