"This is a beautiful 16th century convent that was converted into a hotel. The views of Cuenca hunging houses are stunning. The location is very convenient as its right next to the San Pablo bridge with access to the old town and the staff is very friendly. If you are coming to Cuenca this is definitely the place to stay at. We loved it!"

"Extreme noise of furniture moving through mid night and their response was people are leaving and the noise will end soon, 3 of us woke up due to it! More like a pension or motel than a hotel, feels like people also live in the building. Not what I expected for this price."
