"The restaurant leaves much to be desired. My steak was on the tough side and at least 1/3 was fat. As far as the breakfast buffet, that was even worse. The place was understaffed, you literally have to get up and chase down a waiter to order your eggs which once they arrive are stone cold. The bread products everyday are stale, dry and tough In short the hotel’s gastronomy is very disappointing experience right down to the wobbly, useless bamboo prongs at the breakfast buffet. "

"Les chambres pour 4 sont grandes mais idéal pour des petits enfants car l’un des lits est un lit d’appoint petit. Le petit déjeuner est sommaire.la partie spa n’est pas ouverte toute la semaine. Le rapport qualité prix n’est pas idéal."

"Very disappointed in our stay - poor start when we found the air conditioning was not available over “winter” even though it was a warm day - forced to keep the door open all night with lots of traffic noise next to a major highway. Service was poor and everything is an extra charge. Definitely a hotel past it’s best. "

"Para ser un cinco estrellas, el restaurante por la noche no tenían cocina solo los platos preparados, la camarera tenía 19 años y no ponía platos, en la habitación, las cascadas, tanto de la ducha, como de los lavabos, salpicaban muchísimo, y las toallas debajo del lavabo estaban empapadas. "
