"Fun hotel in the perfect location to experience Reykjavik. Our room was on the small side, but it was still comfortable. We enjoyed our little enclosed box patio off of the room. Shower was great. "Nice hotel fronting hugh lake, snow mountain. 24/7 reception. The front desk reception is helpful and friendly. Bus station is just behind the hotel. One of hotel stop pickup for daily bus tour which is so convenient. Very highspeed wifi. Occasionally heard some light reno construction noise. At night, is quiet and windy. Just feel safe. "

Booked here for affordability and easy parking. 35ish minute walk to the heart of the city (of course could drive or take a bus but we love walking - and beautiful walking trails just out front). Clean comfortable room. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Thor at the front desk was so kind and helpful. We were upgraded during our first night. Then when we returned after the 8 day tour, he allowed us to stay on same room during the remaining 4 nights. He also stored our 2 regular luggage so we don’t have to carry them on our tour. The room is perfect for the 3 of us. It was comfortable and very clean. Breakfast has lots of delicious selections. Excellent location and very nice staff. I would stay in this hotel again. Highly recommended!"
