"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The entire property was well maintained. We enjoyed the wonderful pool and loved that the resort was a few feet away from the ocean. Access to local dining was a plus with some restaurants on the beach! Most importantly the entire staff was amazingly friendly, professional and attentive especially Mallory, Carol and Priscilla. Would definitely recommend a visit and will be coming back!"

Food at the restaurant inconsistent , sometimes good, sometimes not, view was beautiful, hotel rooms need to be refreshed. They are short on white towels in the room , sometimes the clean ones are ripped off or have doubtful colour."

"The resort is small and located close to Tamarindo. The buffet and snacks were about as expected for an all inclusive with fountain pop and water coolers in central locations. I would not call this a 5 star if you are comparing to Mexico. Its likely a 4 at best. The restaurants on site were ok..better food in town. There seems to be alot of locals who show up for the weekend so the pool and beach becomes very busy however during the week the place was dead. The drink selection is ok with plenty...

The room we stayed in 515 the bed was horrible the mattress was sagging and springs poking through we even tried to flipp it ourselves but wasn't much better as the box spring was broken"

The walk down to the beach is only 2 minutes and the private area is great. The resort is small enough that there is not too many people around. It is also right next to the downtown area."

We enjoyed being able to walk out on the beach. One morning we went into the water very early, prior to breakfast. We also enjoyed the pool and the surrounding grounds. The one negative was the first night when a local establishment blasted techno music until 3am."

"The property and villas were stunning! Staff was very knowledgeable and attentive. Everyone knew us by name! Loved having breakfast included with many delicious options. Having a stand alone villa was a treat. No noisy neighbors! We spent a couple mornings at the main pool and usually ended up in our plunge pool in the afternoons. The views from everywhere are amazing! Although we loved our Sunset Villa, it was warm in the late afternoon when trying to get ready for dinner. No way to block out...
