"The TV remote didn't work and they were unable to get it working....but we were able to work the TV manually. Also, quiet time didn't start until 10 pm so we couldn't get to sleep until after the screaming kids went to bed. Breakfast was ok, but nothing to rave about; it served it's purpose."

"This property was incredible. The staff were friendly and incredibly attentive. Excursions were fun. Our only negative was the food. Breakfast was perfect every morning at the market but the remaining meals were fair at best."

"If you're in the area, I cannot recommend Conchal enough.
It's a gorgeous little boutique hotel with a small number of rooms, which makes the experience feel less cookie-cutter. The staff are incredible, & the space itself looks exactly like the pictures - full of greenery & wildlife, & the pool is perfect.
Things to note if you plan on staying here:
- It's not a luxury hotel, but the staff will give you luxury hotel service.
- The hotel itself is right off a main road, so you WILL hear traffic...

"My stay here was short but sweet. The beach was less than 10 min walking and the hotel is located right in between several food spots and the grocery store. The breakfast is really good everything tasted fresh, staff was super helpful shoutout to Tatiana, Juan Carlos and Henry . Will definitely be back soon!"

"Das Tamarindo Village Hotel war das schönste Hotel während unseres Aufenthaltes in Costa Rica. Sehr ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse inmitten eines üppigen Palmengartens gelegen. Die Anlage besteht aus mehreren einzelnen Wohneinheiten, die aufgrund der Hanglage und der schönen Vegetation fast nicht zu sehen sind. Es gibt einen Pool und eine (Frühstücks-) Terrasse, durch die Anlage streifen Eichhörnchen, Brüllaffen und Vögel, so dass es schon hier viel zu beobachten gibt.

"Our stay in The Coast hotel was really amazing. The staff are really nice and accommodating to our needs. The hotel itself is amazing with a pool and beach access. The hotel is close to downtown tamarindo which is a plus if you’re looking for some peace and relaxation away from the busy downtown. We enjoyed our experience and will definitely come back if we get the chance."
