"We loved our stay at Hotel Heliconias. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The grounds were beautiful. A sloth was right on the property. Beautiful flowers and birds. The restaurant had a wonderful free breakfast in the morning and great dinner options. The hot springs on the property were delightful. About 30 minutes from Arenal Volcano"

"Nice hotel with good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Quiet, neighborhood area with views of the lake, volcano and mountains. We went for a walk and it's very close to the Butterfly Conservatory and a local restaurant. About a 30 min drive from the La Fortuna town center."

"Had the cabin closes to the main road, not shown in the picture, it same Layout, small trickle of water on the side but surround by trees. Loved listening to sound of the birds. The property owner was Amazing very helpful and accommodating. "

If you’re considering taking a moment away in the jungle to be with nature, live on a farm, eat amazing food, try different spa treatments, hike, yoga; this is the place! I stayed farm side which was cool at night. It’s a short hike or shuttle ride to the hotel part where dinner or spa activities are. You will not be disappointed. I’m going back and I can’t wait to experience it again. "

"Very quiet little cabin, near all the activities and a few steps from the trails to the river. Being off season some of the amenities were out of service but we enjoyed the gardens and trails and the covered areas during the rain."

"Quiet, Nature, Relax but no pool. The overall experience was excellent if you are wanting to disconnect and enjoy the peace and beauty of nature. My wife and I enjoyed walking the trails (in the morning due to rainy conditions later in the day). The grounds were well kept, and the rooms were simple and clean. We toured each room category, and found them to all be spacious (even the queen room). The rooms with whirlpool tubs were nice if you like that sort of thing. The whirlpool in the suits...
