"We loved the staff especially Dehbar. The food was spectacular! The pools were ok, not all of them were working. We had an issue with our sliding glass door not locking. We also had an issue with reservations. The person we were speaking with was unreasonable and unaccommodating. We were overcharged double and not refunded. "

"He had the best time at Los Lagos Hotel! The hot springs were absolutely amazing and beautiful, and the property was very clean. The staff was so nice and welcoming. The food was delicious — we had breakfast at the restaurant, and by the afternoon we were so tired we ordered room service. The restaurant even accommodated a different menu for us, including pizza for the kids, and it was delicious!"

"We went for our honeymoon and it was stunning from the moment we arrived! I kept looking for the White Lotus film crew because the property, room, and staff were top notch and we felt like we were in a WL episode. "Place was clean, friendly staff and food was fine. Service was great. Location was good. Hot springs area was good and the place is kids friendly. Great views of volcano and overall property is well maintained. Farm on site for fresh vegetables and admiring the animals.
