"We had an excellent time since we got to the property. Everybody was extremely friendly. We had an amazing time at their facilities. The pool was awesome. Staff was very attentive. Beers were extremely cold so we had an amazing time. I would highly recommend anybody looking for an amazing view to go and stay at this place. It’s very close to everything. "The hotel was lovely but we had a room that faced the road and did not match the one described. I was very disappointed at first. But it was not the hotel's fault at all and they went out of their way to make our stay nice. My suggestion is not to book with Expedia. Go directly to the website of the property and select the appropriate room. "

"Great breakfast menu selection with large portions, there’s even eggs benedict! All of the staff were amazing, we received the best service here of all the places we’ve stayed at in Costa Rica. You can spot macaws and monkeys across the property. The restaurant has a stunning view. Would definitely return!"

"The stay was overall enjoyable. The views are great, and the property has wildlife everywhere you look. The best sightings were early in the morning or late at night, when things were quieter and the animals were more active. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was consistently friendly. Free breakfast was included and was great. Free guided day tour was also included. Also did the night tour and would highly recommend it. "

"Property was very nice although the walking up and down the hills within the property was difficult and felt dangerous especially on the rolling surface installed. Service was great although there was a tendency to gouge for trivial services (ie salt and lime on a beer glass was an upcharge, Evian bottles of water $9 each). Bartending, waiters and golf cart drivers were definitely the saving grace. Our room A/C system was marginal. "

"This place was great - the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food and drinks were wonderful. From our balcony, we saw moneys, McCaws, and other stunning birds while experiencing stunning sunsets. I highly recommend, I will be back!"

"Property was well-maintained and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool is small, but nice. Food prices are comparable to the area. Location is very good. Biggest draw back is the hotel does not provide towels for the beach. Also, you have to rent a beach umbrella and chairs each day from locals - however this seemed to be common. "
