"One of my top 3 ever experiences!! Staff were excellent, balancing professionalism with warmth and friendliness! Staff really went above and beyond! I realized I left my sports coat in the wardrobe but had no way to return. I emailed, they found the coat, packaged and sent it on to an upcoming hotel all at no charge. Rooms were beautiful, property was well maintained, views were spectacular and food for both breakfast and dinner was excellent. We’ll be back to spend a couple of days on site!!...

"We stayed Grand Hotel du Lac in May and enjoyed the best of Swiss hospitality. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. The breakfast staff were wonderful, taking the time to describe the artisan breads and ensuring there was always a fresh platter of fruit available. "Underwhelming check-in experience with uninterested staff. Had to ask about breakfast to learn that it's not included (which is fine) and to book it. Laughed at the idea of the hotel having an electric charger for cars. The hotel itself is fine although situated almost *on* the road. There's only a small sidewalk between the hotel and a very busy coastal road. We ended up with rooms facing the back which essentially leaves you with no view at all (don't expect to see the vineyards). It was fine...

"We have an amazing and relaxing stay at Beau Rivage. The room was very comfortable with lovely amenities. We enjoyed an afternoon by the pool and appreciated the attentive pool staff. Beautiful views of Lake Geneva. Several food options on site. Walkable into town and the path along the lake. All the staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. Thank you for the lovely lemon cake to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It was a wonderful surprise. Highly recommend."
