"Property looks old and we had washroom issues flush was not working, staff tried to fixed next day but it didn’t work it was on/off. I travelled with family and it was so much inconvenience. I booked 3 days but originally but I cancelled last night and the management refused to refund but at the end they returned half of the amount for 3rd night and I lost the money as well. "

"The property is not bad- spacious, with basic facilities including washing machine. The beds were really comfortable, towels big and clean, enough kitchen amenities etc. But there was no air-con which made evenings uncomfortable to be inside. Also, the location is a bit far from Olten and train frequency is not good."

"The hotel is fine for its star rating, and conveniently located. One wishes that the breakfast was a bit more versatile, same old salami every day. One also wishes that the staff in the breakfast room were a bit more friendly - one of them started carrying my coat and backpack (without asking for permission) since she thought I was occupying the table that was too large for one person. Not very nice. "
