"We had a great time staying at the resort for 4 nights! Being within walking distance from the beach and from most shopping on Pastor Diaz Ave was ideal. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good, and we definitely enjoyed how they did a different theme every night. Having Alsama Tours on-site to coordinate activities was great as well. Thank you!"

"The property is perfectly manicured, pool is pristine. Check in and bar staff were very friendly. Oscar at the bar was lots of fun. Arrived in the pouring rain, staff met me in the parking lot with an umbrella, nice touch!"

"Overall Nice resort close to the AirPort. Came for golf and that was amazing. Beach is not good and area is not great. Resort overall is clean and had alot of options. Vacation club was nicer than hotel and newer "

"The quality of the service has dramatically decrease. The staff at the receptions are not locals and their knowledge of the hospitality world is null, this was the worst check in and check out process. Not long ago, this was one of the best boutique hotels in Puntarenas. The place is beautiful, the staff seems they don’t care their job. The restaurant is expensive and they are not willing to make small changes in the menu even if the price is 4x what you will pay on average in any other...
