"Rooms always had ants and spiders. Sinks were Clough. Called maintenance and they never fixed any of the issues. The hotel very outdated. If Ill go again, I would stay other hotel next door. Just recently renovated and more organize."

"Me gustó la atención de los empleados. Amables y serviciales. No me gustó los 4 camastros qué ponen a disposición de los clientes. Están en muy mal estado. No había papel higiénico ni tallas en el. Baño del restaurante a las 8 y 30 de la mañana abriendo ellos el. Restaurante a las 7 am. El carro de transporte solo. Uno hay ahora para 3 usuarios. La comida aceptable pero muy raquitica. En fin ya no es como antes yo he visitado este hotel. Por muchas ocasiones y lastima ahora vade mal. En peor....

"Rooms need a lot of upgrade for a 4 star hotel. There was water clogging in the bathrooms. Our room refrigerator was not working( that was an issue as we had a toddler with us ) Pools were dirty and over all property needs a lot of maintenance. Staff was really helpful and tried their best to help but there was so much they could do with the proper management."

"The villas are very cool, we got the one with a kitchen, swam in the pool every evening, enjoyed the free breakfast every morning. Only 2 blocks to the water easy walk. The staff are very personable, had a lot of fun with them, the grounds crew is always working to keep the beautiful grounds maintained and they have a gated covered and secured parking garage."

"The bed was not good as it is very soft and older. Rest all is well, kitchen has no salt etc so you need to buy all from scratch to cook but they have all utensils."
