The resort in clean. The villas are very comfortable for your stay. We had snorkeling and kayaking equipment in the villa. The kitchen was well equipped. The restaurant on the property is really good.

Beautiful beach with black sand. Perfect for swimming. Our villa was right on the beach gorgeous view of the sunsets every evening. Loved the wildlife around the hotel. We had the most beautiful view from our room. I loved that every space was an individual cottage, so there was no “hotel” noise from other guests. The beds were comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

The stay overall was fine. The unit we stayed in doesn’t have parking and we were asked to park up the street. It’s a very steep hill even for those of us that are in good physical shape. The view from the unit was beautiful but the neighboring property has the pool right outside our unit so it was noisy. I probably won’t make that my 1st choice on my next visit.

Location was great but our Villa was old and tired compared to others on property. I booked last minute so there wasn't much available over the busy holiday season. Definitely needs a deep cleaning and major updates. Not much pride in ownership.

Stayed here with my boyfriend, very quiet and peaceful property with stunning views of the ocean and forest, not super far from the popular activities, and close by to coco beach town center. Restaurant food and staff was wonderful!!

This property is in a very nice quite cove with stunning views and gorgeous plantings. Very nice property with onsite dinning. Its a ten to fifteen minute trip into town for dinning alternatives.

Beautiful private development that is somewhat isolated and on a steep hillside. Depending on location of your villa, there may be quite a climb to get up from beach/pool/restaurant. We took taxis/uber to get to town for other food and other beach.

Beautiful beach that is not crowded,sits on a bay that makes for swimming without strong waves. Lots of wildlife...we saw puffer fish, ray, dolphins, whale, racoons, iguanas and of course, the local blue jay.Onsite restaurant is great, staff was friendly and helpful.

A very beautiful and secluded resort just off of the Ocotal Beach area. A short drive from Playa Coco that includes beautiful black sand beaches. The villa was spacious and had lovely views of the ocean. If you have a car, it is an ideal stop as you can access other restaurants nearby, like father rooster, and others in coco. The restaurant at the hotel was also very tasty, and the staff was very friendly.

It was our first time staying at this resort. The home/property that we resided in during our visit was nice and well maintained. The home was very comfortable and surroundings was quiet. The resort itself was clean, safe and well maintained. The resort staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The resort restaurant was very good and had many food/drink options. We would definitely like to come to this resort again.

Beautiful location!

This was an awesome place to stay and we had a great time. The resort is located on a private beach. The 3 bedroom villa was nice and had a nice view of the ocean. The restaurant was very good and the staff were great! The hotel management was very helpful with assisting us with adventure tours. Just make sure to bargain with them on the price of the tours. Would recommend that you stop in Liberia on the way to the resort for groceries as it has a very nice grocery store.
