The rooms are a bit tired, the room personal amenities like min bar, snacks, were lacking. Food quality at restaurants was decent but not memorable! It feels like the property has cash flow issues."

He even arranged for transportation for us to pick us up from the Naples train station. $170 euros but worth it if you have a lot of luggage. We needed to stay an extra hour after our check out time because of a delay with our transportation and Andrea let us stay in the room without any issue.
