"The hotel was lovely—very clean, and the restaurant was excellent. However, our experience on arrival was disappointing. We were told check-in was at 4pm, but our room wasn’t ready, and we ended up waiting in reception for nearly an hour. We didn’t get into our room until after 5pm, which delayed our plans for the evening."

"Stay at this hotel often, usually everything is perfect and I enjoy staying here often. This time on arrival, there seemed to be an odd smell in the corridor whe getting out the elevator, when I entered the room there was sliders in the bottom of the toilet and half a loo roll like it had been used and not cleaned. "Small room, wasnt cleaned well on the following morning of our stay. Spa was ok....again nothing special. Charged £10 a day to park on top of paying to stay. Breakfast was luke warm ate out the following day. Overall we thought it had the price tag of a high end hotel with the feel of a travel lodge. Staff were friendly. Won't be going back better for your money elsewhere. "

"We stayed here over a bank holiday weekend for Spa break. We were disappointed with immediately after arrival on the day, were shown the leisure/spa facilities of the hotel, which we thought was the spa in the pics, we were not advised otherwise. Spoiler alert, the actual spa isn’t in the same premises, the one on the premises is pretty much like a local leisure centre with tired facilities. We only found the next day that we had to leave the premises to go to the actual spa after my husband...
