"Room was spacious with ample room for clothing storage. Air conditioning worked well. Double shower was nice but there was mould. Breakfast was average. Conveniently located close to attractions. We would have appreciated water in the mini bar, a coffee maker, bedding that included a blanket, availability of ice. There was an unpleasant odour in the bathroom. The front desk tried to be helpful but English speaking staff was limited most of the time. Not sure why this hotel has a 4 star...

Can’t thank, Katrina, Martina, Fabio, Aurelio, the women who keep the place clean & the two lovely young men at the onsite restaurant. "Struttura decisamente datata tanto da presentare ancora una suite con moquette anche macchiata. Camere e spazi comuni assolutamente non adeguati ad un 4 stelle, hall e corridoi caldissimi, e split in camera che spara direttamente sul letto. La classificazione a 4 stelle trova riparo soltanto sui prezzi applicati. Ma la nota dolente sono i servizi ai clienti, totalmente assenti e una colazione a dir poco vergognosa. Pochissima scelta, nessun rimpiazzo quando le due cose presenti finivano, pessima...
