"The grounds were beautiful. The pool was warm and clean..a car is needed as there is not many places that are safe to walk to. The description says there is a beach, there is no beach on property or walkable. We had an amazing dinner at Portale nearby recommended and arranged by owner. "Appartamento con tutto quello che serviva per un soggiorno di coppia. Comodo a Tropea e a tutte le spiaggie dei dintorni, certo non è pensabile di non avere il mezzo proprio a disposizione. (anche se mi pare sia previsto un servizio navetta) Siamo stati poco nella struttura in quanto ci siamo goduti le splendide spiagge della zona. "

"The Room itself was very nice and spacious. However, we had to park the car on the road which we dare not move incase there was no space when we return. We also expected a small outside area which the photos suggest came with the room. Tropea itself was hugely disappointing. "

"We loved our stay at Hibiscus with our 1yr old son. The lovely team gave us a travel cot, toys for our son and the animals (chickens, ducks, dog) were a hit with him! It walkable (even shorter drive with easy parking) to the beach, easy walk to town. We only wished it had a pool and it would have been even better but that’s our personal preference not an issue with the property. Would highly recommend staying here. Staff are so lovely"

"Pretty farmhouse with a great pool and nice views. Staff speaks mostly Italian, we communicated mostly using google translate. During the day the farmhouse is very quiet, but in the evening after 2230 they organise wedding parties which can be vey loud and take until 0230AM. Not ideal if you are looking for a quiet place to sleep. Breakfast was very nice with all sorts of nice cakes. Reception was closed when arrived, nobody was available to check us in. Finally managed to find somebody but who...

"Excellent location next to the National Museum, RC Lido train station, Gelato Cesare, and the promenade. Only about 10 minute walk to the ferry port. Hotel had an excellent breakfast with many choices (muesli, fruit, yogurt, boiled eggs, ham and cheese, pastries, and even granita with brioche, among other options. They also had an excellent dinner menu. Rooms were clean and comfortable (AC helpful). I would stay here again."

"Good location, a 3 minute walk to downtown. The included parking is convenient since it is otherwise difficult to park in the area. Watch out for traffic if walking out of the property, specially with children, since it is near a busy intersection with no walkway. Property has a restaurant and a nice swimming pool. Good view of downtown from the top. Staff was attentive and helpfull."

"Without question the best resort spa in Villa San Giovanni . This is where my dad is from ,so I’ve come to Villa quite a bit . My favorite ! Great live music and Dj by the pool , amazing views of Sicily across the sea . Restaurant rivals any Michelin restaurant that I’ve been to . "
