"They took our money as a “down payment” for damages on the room. $100 a night. The water park smelled like pee in a few places and they wouldn’t accommodate us with anything since they took our money out of our bank account they double charged me for parking and a birthday package I bought."

"Pros: The room was clean with a nice layout. The front entrance contained a pull out sofa, table chairs, TV and kitchen station. A door separated the main bedroom (which had 2 beds). Clean bathroom with a proper working shower. Shower gel (Evelyn & Crabtree-Gardeners line) smelled so good that I plan on ordering for myself. Ice machines available. "Everything was great staff,rooms. Everything was great. It’s just a little inconvenience. Whenever you have to walk to the first floor just to use the microwave. That’s the only flaw to me."

"Our room was very clean and had all the necessary items from shampoo, conditioner to coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast was great with anything from eggs, sausage, gravy to pancakes and hot cinnamon rolls. The cost was very reasonable also. We will definitely be staying at Holiday Inn at Concord, NC when we come back down. Thank you."
