"The room smelled like cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room. The carpet was sticky and disgusting. We had to clean the bathroom areas before we could use them. We arrived late and was too exhausted after a twelve hour drive to get there to fuss about getting another room. Would never stay there again. The staff was friendly enough. The breakfast was inedible other than the toast and bagels."

I was lied to, I wasted money, and when I escalated the situation, the hotel called me a liar even though I had proof to back up the truth. If you want a relaxing experience at a professional, honest hotel, this is NOT the one."
