"Initially had trouble with the booking, being told my reservation could no longer be honoured due to their over-booking. Hotels.com sorted. Thanks. It was a suitable hotel for us to stay overnight near the airport after arriving late in the evening and leaving early next morning. Otherwise, I would not choose to stay here. Noisy traffic noise. Stains on carpets and seats in reception. Towel hanger fell off the wall when I put towels on it. Staff were friendly and helpful, otherwise my rating would have been lower."

"Security breach occurred in our room. Very disconcerting. Issued 1 towel per 2 guests. Long line-up at reception. Lovely staff, but clearly a problem existing. "

"We stayed this place for a week though, we got sick but the place its inside the mall. very convenient the hotel is excellent though, its pricey. but you paid what you got as we expected. the front desk are very helpful and friendly and very professional, all the staffs are friendly inside the hotel rooms are very clean. the cleaning crew are wonderful and welling to go above an beyond, very helpful. the only problem we have at the restaurant. the table are too close to each other and while we try'd to enjoy our breakfast someone next to us was a couple playing games on their phone it was too loud that my husband and we couldn't hear each other when we talked so we ask the staff to move to a different table and we were ignore so I finally just got up and saw a table we just moved. it was getting annoying its a breakfast buffet not a place to play games. also, we ask for coffee since you can't get it yourself, it takes forever to just getting a coffee, the waitress forgot my husband's coffee, I finally got up and walked where they make the coffee to get it myself. so no tip.. but the waitress at the restaurant needs more training. but above all the foods at the restaurant are excellent and the hotel its wonderful and clean. I would stay again. "

"Loved everything about the hotel except for the lack of seating areas in the lobby to hang out. Most of the lobby is taken up by the restaurant. The pool area is the only place to chill. "

"Room is decently clean. WiFi is also reliable and speed was decent. Guards are also friendly and helpful. The room sound proofing is rather bad. Despite stsying on the 17th floor, I barely had a good sleep for the days I can clearly hear vehicle sounds from the main road, from other guests closing their room doors, etc. My colleagues on 28th floor had no issue with main road sounds so I suppose one should choose to stay at the higher floors if given the choice. What is unfortunate however is the lift situation. 4 lifts but only done are working. You end up waiting and queueing to even get a lift. Longest wait I had was almost 15 mins just to take the lift. Hot shower wasn't hot as well. Water despite boiling had a very strong chlorine and metal smell to it so had to buy water just for drinking. Although 2 small bottles of water was provided, that's just too little for even one person's consumption despite only using it as a place to sleep."

"Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants and stores and safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I got a studio room, the kitchen little outdated but nothing major of course comparumg to the US. For the price and location were very good. I will definitely book here again. "
