""I had a wonderful stay at the Insular, thanks to the outstanding views, lush landscapes, and the rich history of the property. The food was delicious and the staff were incredibly welcoming. However, I was disappointed by the condition of the beach. There was a significant amount of debris and garbage flowing from the canal, to the point where I found myself picking up litter during my visit. With a bit more attention to beach maintenance."

"You have an awesome team. From the security, to bell desk, front office, housekeeping and restaurant staff. Everyone is very professional and welcoming. One satisfied guest here. Now I know where to go back if I ever visit Davao again. PS you staff deserves monthly bonus for a phenomenal customer service."

"Rocky start to our 5day stay. TV did not work properly. Voiced out our concerns and was eventually led to their rooms manager. He promptly found a solution. Smooth sailing from then on. Breakfast buffet varied daily and always excellent. Staff was always ready for any of our needs. Will definitely stay here again. Shout-out to Rey Lagata, good guy.."
