"This team never ceases to amaze me! Exceptional service is what stands out about the Premier Hotel ICC. From the front desk, Bradley who heads up Guest Relations, Pumla and Anita at the bar/restaurant and the whole hospitality team. This hotel feels like home because of the friendly and effective team. Highly recommend! "

"It was an unpleasent stay, poor house keeping not even one sheet was changed for the whole week. It is called bed and breakfast we were not offered breakfast."
