A little tired but staff were very cheerful and housekeeping worked hard to keep room clean. It would have been a wonderful place in its heyday. If it is refurbished it will be 5 star again.

Fantastic location overlooking the bay and for me right by the local park run. Sadly my wife has a very bad reaction to mussels and at another local restaurant her meal included a mussel and she was very ill. The staff were brilliant and so supportive. It really showed even at a big hotel the team acted as if we were the only people in the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the large. The pool was lovely and my wife recommended th massage and spa services.

The staff really makes this property! I would highly recommend for that alone but love my stays at ICC. Easy, well located and impeccable service. The food and beverage deserves a special recommendation as a team!

This team never ceases to amaze me! Exceptional service is what stands out about the Premier Hotel ICC. From the front desk, Bradley who heads up Guest Relations, Pumla and Anita at the bar/restaurant and the whole hospitality team. This hotel feels like home because of the friendly and effective team. Amazing, very clean. Only thing is the iron that you have to go to an ironing lobby can’t get an iron to the room. Probably one of the best Hotels I’ve been to 👌

A buzz with mosquitos

The accommodation was what would be expected from a 4 star establishment. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the mosquitos in the room and no repellants available at the hotel.

Decent place; Service requires in person requests

Breakfast was great! The staff were generally kind and most responsive when we made the trip to speak to them personally. We had a number of issues that required attention - doors that wouldn't lock, TV that didn't work, someone entering our room because it had been assigned twice. We enjoyed time by the pool and asked for drinks but did not get a response until once again flagged down the staff. Overall decent place with service that requires in person requests and follow up.

Very clean and well run property. Professional staff and proper full kitchen and menu. The adjacent beach front is rocky and not clean. The other nearby beach front is closed due to construction.
