"This hotel is un-staffed. No one at the front desk. Had this been clear in the listing, I would’ve stayed elsewhere.
Air conditioning unit is disabled. In-room safe is deactivated. Listing says there’s a safe at the front desk, but no human at the front desk. A ceiling light stays on partially even when all room power is turned off.
Carpet coming loose on the hotel stairs presenting a trip hazard. Loud construction Halle informed starting at 7am- no mention of this in the listing.

"The air conditioning system needs repair, so I recommend you stay elsewhere during hot days. My family had 3 rooms. Two of the rooms had some cooling, but the air conditioner fan noise was terrible. It made a loud grinding noise that was not the normal whoosh sound of a fan. The third room had no cooling and a loud obnoxious fan noise."

"Beautiful property, polite staff, wonderfully appointed rooms, and in a great location. What more could you ask for? We thoroughly enjoyed the visit!"

"Staff were all helpful and very pleasant. Room was very clean and spacious enough for 5 people. Bathroom was also big and clean. If it wasn’t for it’s location, I would’ve scored it 5/5! Just stay guarded during the day time and uber home at night!"

"El hotel es perfecto. Las habitaciones cómodas, limpias y amplias, con bebidas de cortesía a la altura. El personal es muy amable y resuelven los problemas con rapidez y eficiencia.
