I've always enjoyed how laid back Kuala Belait was and how it tends to beat to it's own drum. I actually use to live in Kuala Belait with my family a few years back during the oil boom for a good 8 years of my life. I got escorted from my arrival gate through the transit check and into the transit/departure lounge by NestRoom staff. That was very kind of them to ensure a smooth check-in to the room. The Raja Udang room was spacious for 1-2 people to have a comfortable stay. It was nice to have a double bed to stretch out and also a proper toilet with towels, soap and a hot shower to bathe in before getting on to another long flight. It was kind of them to provide toothbrush, toothpaste, room slippers, iron...
