Brisbane City Budget Hotels

"Conveniently located motel with small rooms and very small bathrooms. Clean, but they offer the minimum for a budget hotel, especially the fact that there is no management on site. App based check in procedure was a bit of a pain and I had to call the help desk three times to sort it out. I would stay there again only if there are no good value alternatives."

"Please be aware that there are 2 constructions right next to the building. I was woken every morning at 7.30 am b y the noise. They will be working on these sites for a while. Also the bathroom and bedroom in a 1 unit apartment is very tight. There were also stains on the carpet which was not appealing. They ask you to empty the bins which I believe is not acceptable considering the price you are paying per night. Not sure I would stay here again. "

"The sheets were yellow the mattress had wee stains the tiles were moldy the rubbish bin had been spewed in it was absolutely disgusting"

"We found Royal on the Park just lovely. Straight across the road to Botanic Gardens, easy walk . Would stay again, staff very accommodating. Reminds me of old school posh, lots of timber very beautiful."
