"Great hotel for a work traveller. Quiet rooms, nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. Rooms are a bit outdated, but not important if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a fantastic location."

"The staff was very helpful and kind..professional but personable. The location of this property is sketchy, and I did not feel safe outside after dark. Alot of trash and unkept grounds, signs of homeless. Rooms are pretty small. It's a quick 10 minute walk to Mascot station but if it was after dark I always used a cab. They say the airport transfer is free but that only applies from hotel to the airport, not vice versa. But the fee was only $10, so still a deal. Drivers and people running...

"Loved the location, easy access to public transport and main locations .
Was expecting breakfast to be included but reception informed us thus not the case anymore. Plenty of alternative food options close by."

"Dark room nothing like pictures. Card access not working on floor or lift. Fridge had pool of water inside. Check out at 10 am. Small insects in the room. Towels not replaced. No safe in room. Lack of space, had to leave suitcase on floor. Good TV and excellent location downtown. "

"Good hotel with reasonable price and good locations to Perth downtown. Got free parking, recommended for family stay.
Hotel gave extra bed room without additional charge. Happy about it. "

"The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast included is great! Double glazed windows helps traffic noise, but doesn't eliminate it. Nice staff.
Unfortunately our room had a bad smell which we assumed was from the previous occupant's cooking/food. We left the door open for a while with exhaust fan on too which helped, but the smell returned overnight and was unpleasant.
