"Everything was perfect"

"Friendly staff , Good breakfast and Great location close to Copacabana beach. However , the Gym requires refurbishment, equipment was well dated and getting into the room using the Magnetic stripe key card key card was also a nightmare. Otherwise my stay was relatively okay."

"The location was AMAZING, the food was DELICIOUS, and the staff was VERY helpful and nice. However, the walls of the bathrooms shower had mold. Other than that, the hotel was GREAT"

"Stayed on a 9th floor. 3 people, so an extra single bed added to room. Beds very comfortable. Room was large so space was ample for three. Large shower/ tub and bathroom. Shower head was amazing. Upper floor room had amazing views of Copacabana across the street. Location of hotel is amazing. Quick Ubers to all major neighborhoods. Well worth paying more for beach view. Staff were terrific from check in all the way through our stay. Farro bakery - 5 min walk was great for daily breakfast."

"It is located directly across from the beach. I like that. You must cross a busy highway to get to the beach. there are restaurants on the property. They do not offer inclusive meal plan. You can purchase food from street vendors on the beach side of the street. There is no night life and no shopping near. It is peaceful quiet and pleasant but unless you have transportation or use a lift service there is not much to do. I was glad to spend my time here. Unfortunately, I was not able to tour as...

"El internet nunca funcionó en la habitación. Tuve que trabajar en el lobby y fue muy incómodo por el ruido. Cobraron 100R por estacionamiento y realmente el carro se queda en la calle “cuidado” por los vigilantes del hotel. En general la atención del hotel podría mejorar."

"I have stayed here many times. I have had issues with the cleanliness of the room twice. The bed sheets smelled like sweat, I had to put a towel over the sheets just to sleep. In addition to the smell of sweat, the bed sheets were also humid with a wet sensation to them. The bathroom also had that same smell of sweat."

"This was not the experience I hoped to have. Ended up having to switch rooms due to the first room they put us in being extremely noisey. We could hear the neighbors next door showering and it resulted in a very loud noise coming from the pipes every time. Once we complained about it, they offered to switch our room and then placed us in somewhere better I guess. I appreciated them making it right. Overall it’s not the nicest place. Wouldn’t stay again"

"Clean rooms overall, that being said, everything is outdated. Air conditioner and fridge are very loud. Shower heads could use deep cleaning."
