"We had bats living in our roof, apparently knowingly by the owner (they built a house for them on the near cabin and they migrated to ours). We had to go to bed and sleep with constraint scratching and sliding noises, that was terrible. When we brought it to the attention of the team, they didn’t even bother apologising. "First and foremost they lied in the ad- there is NO internet service. That was a dealbreaker for us, being that we're a 5- person working family who all had to have service. It was advertised as having internet- we complained from the get-go, but to no avail. Still nothing by the time we checked out on the 4th day. "We loved our stay at this property. The views were amazing and the room was beautiful. We had dinner at the restaurant both night we were there and the food was fantastic. The welcome drink was delicious. If it had been on the menu we would have had several. The only complaint I have would be the fact that there was no help with the luggage when we checked out and the woman at reception would not allow me to leave the car out front for a couple of minutes so I could help my daughter with the luggage. The service at the end was a real disappointment after such a great stay. For this reason I can’t give it 5 stars."
