"Location was unbeatable. The hotel is directly connected to the mall and also within walking distance of the Oranjezicht City Farm Market, which made getting around incredibly convenient. The whole surrounding vicinity felt safe, and the views from the hotel were stunning. With Table Mountain in the background, we even caught a rainbow while having breakfast by the window overlooking the wharf — such a memorable way to start the morning.
If I were to nitpick, I would suggest going down earlier...

"The staff was one of the most outstanding things about this property. Sometimes you go to places that are nice but the staff does not understand customer service. But this staff did especially the dinning room staff. Great job"

"Great hotel - we travelled as a large family of eleven. Staff were amazing, helping us with local transport and always fast to respond. We organized a late check out and a late lunch before our long flight back to the states. Nice surrounding area - very safe with Constantia village and the botanical gardens"
