"The hotel itself was very nice and good location. Very walkable area. Didnt appreciate the "destination fees" added to bill when checking out. This forces you to eat at the hotel restaurant or forfeit your money allocated daily for these fees. Also, room was immaculate and cleaned first day/night but not afterwards. We understand staff shortages."

"The hotel location was great, literally next door to the Alamo, easy walk to Riverwalk and other sites. The hotel rooms themselves are clean enough, but kinda tired. Valet parking is expensive ($50/night) and the app really wants you to pay a $7 tip for them to drive it a few feet from the lot. I’m happy to tip my valet, and this seemed excessive for a place that touts in and out privileges as a perk of the valet parking. The onsite tavern was hopping every night, and it was a fun atmosphere. "

"Very clean hotel. The rooms were minimalistic and basic if you ask me. But the bed was really comfortable. I didn't want to get up in the mornings. For the price $300/night I was expecting way better. Everything was very basic as far as amenities. There wasn't even a hot tub. The pool is 10th floor and a but small. It's heated but still too cold for early afternoon. Perks- they have free tea and coffee service in the morning. They have free wine service around 5pm. I stayed at 3 different...

"we had a a queen corner room with a huge balcony overlooking one of the side canals of the riverwalk. It had. two chairs and a table. The kitchen had a dishwasher, small sink, microwave and a full-size refrigerator that had a top freezer. The seating space had a pullout sofa bed. My main complaint is that the room had only one sort of flimsy desk chair otherwise there were no chairs in the room. It did have a pullout table, but no chairs. The bathroom was decent sized.
