"When we arrived at the hotel, the whole site smelled of sewage. The restaurant area, the grounds, the pool area. When we asked why they said the pipes had broke. But when we tried to get our monies back and leave there was no manager at the hotel. The desk person said the manager lives in Mexico. When even Expedia tried to get in touch with the hotel to get a refund for us they coudln't get an answer. "

Harbour View Boutique Hotel & Wellness Retreat

"Everyone on the staff was great, i realize in hospitality people need to be polite, but the staff at the Harbour View were kind, and went above and beyond to get answers to whatever weird questions we came up with. The room was comfortable, the grounds were beautiful and I even saw an owl! Martha's restaurant was top notch, and her daughter, Michelle even gave us a ride to the Saturday market with all kinds of tops."

"We loved everything about our stay. The resort was in a perfect location close to all our activities and restaurants we wanted to visit. It was clean, quiet, and staff were very helpful and nice. The condo was spacious for a party of 5. The beds converting to twins were very convenient too. There’s no other place I would stay in Belize. We are definitely staying here."

"This is a hidden treasure. It's relatively private, secure, aesthetically pleasing, and well maintained. The staff was helpful and kind. Their complimentary coconut bread is awesome. The beds are comfortable and the room very spacious. There are coconut and mango trees within the fence, making it more beautiful, which stands out amongst the regular surroundings of Belize City. Also, there's a small cafe within a short walk that has great food and drinks, called BakedCoffee, and not too far away from the available nightlife and restaurants (even a casino which isn't my thing) too. Highly recommended!"

"We stayed in the newer tower. There is a lot of construction going on in the area. The access to the water taxi is like a 5 minute walk which was great. It is not advisable to walk to the outside restaurants in the area at night and there are virtually no taxis at night but the desk was able to get us a ride. The Treehouse restaurant is phenomenal, drinks/vibes/food 11/10! Unfortunately they were not helpful when we were stuck because of the snowstorm because we booked through Expedia. It worked out because then we went to stay on one of the islands for the remainder of us being stranded. The pool here is cute, very small and could benefit from being heated because the sun doesn’t hit the water often. The staff is friendly."

"We had a great stay at Ramon's. The property was clean, well maintained, and comfortable throughout our visit. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The restaurant was also excellent, serving great food with a wide variety of options. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience, and we would definitely stay here again."
