"Our stay was the best stay we have had so far this property and the staff go above and beyond lots to do the food was excellent. Every time we ate definitely going back the welcome staff yanissa wa extremely helpful. I thought I had left my jewelry behind. They did everything to look for it and I felt bad come to find out. My daughter had took it to Dallas in her suitcase, but I really wanna thank them for accommodating us in every situation that we had."

"The property is like being in a bit of an oasis. My daughter (22+ years old) loved their pool. The staff is super friendly. We had 2 days of no power in the evening, I provided some feedback and they immediately addressed it, providing an electric fan and also comped us for 2 nights. That was very nice of them. They don't have a lot of amenities on the property, 1 restaurant, coffee bar and no hard alcohol. That's okay as its pretty close to the town for other restaurants and bars, and they...

"The place was very nice, the staff was friendly, and the food was decent. If you want to explore in town, I would look for something closer to town since this place was kind of far away and it was pricey to get to the activities. But overall, a very good experience!"

"Our experience at Zenses Hotel in Caye Caulker was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately, the resort did not live up to how it is presented online. "Ms.Ronna was AMAZING! I was solo traveling for the first time, and she helped me to feel welcomed and safe! She was also very resourceful in regards to local restaurants, excursions, and transportation options. The views were beautiful and the atmosphere was peaceful. The room was very clean and aesthetically appealing! Will definitely be returning another time!"
