"Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice bar/restaurant. Check in time was a little off (about 1 hour) which I think was a capacity issue. Spa was great, Sauna and Steam rooms were a little small to match the capacity of the hotel. I enjoyed my stay though apart from the capacity issue. "On arrival greeted by reception as if they’d been having a bad day and letting it show. Hotel is pleasant enough but I don’t expect luxury what I do expect a comfortable bed. My expectations were not met here. Easily the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. Mattress must have been 20 years old. I resorted to pulling out the sofa bed at 2am it was that bad.
