"Fantastic location in Hampton walking distance to beach and Main Street shops, cafes and restaurants. Walk-up to 3rd level could be difficult with heavy luggage. Comfy but not luxurious. Perfect for a local stay."

"Property was very dirty, floors were gross. A lot of dog hair. Carpets in bedrooms were dusty/dirty/stained. Toilet was leaking raw sewage (we called up and the plumber came the next day), kitchen sink tap made a huge noise when turned on. Yard was very unkept, long grass and heaps of weeds. Outside rubbish bins were overflowing when we arrived. Furniture was low quality. Air-conditioning remote did not work. Good location."
