"The hotel is in an ideal part of Bilbao's old town but still in walking distance to all the major attractions. A great hotel with super staff and a great breakfast cooked fresh every morning with plenty of variety. If going to use public transport get a Baizka card and you will save a significant amount across all you travels. If wanting to go to San Sebastian make sure you book a seat for the bus these sell quickly especially the early ones Will certainly return if in Bilbao"

"Excellent location in Bilbao old towns , located around the corner from pintxo bars and restaurants. Can be tricky to get to from airport due to hotel's location a short walk from roads. Interior rooms are very quiet but with little air flow . No air con A/C but there's a fan in the room . Communal kitchen has a refrigerator. Location is about 25 minute scenic and peaceful walk along the river to the Guggenheim"

"The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout with great amenities.There is an option of having breakfast there and we definitely recommend giving it a try. For us the hotel's greatest assets are it's staff members. Each of them is friendly and professional and goes above and beyond what we have experienced in other hotels. We thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay when visiting Bilbao."

"First and foremost the staff are this hotels best asset. Arriving after a very early flight we did not expect to be allocated a room especially with our experience’s at home in the U.K. However, much to our surprise , we were found a room and checked in. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar and restaurant staff were excellent. My only criticism would be that on occasions the room had still not been cleaned late in the afternoon."
