"This was an excellent choice. Spa was cool, breakfast great. Central location in the cave area. My only concern was I contacted them through Expedia and got no response. It says to contact about where to park. They never responded. I figured it out with Chat GTP but Hope hotels would check their Expedia in mail. I would recommend this hotel, just know communication through Expedia isn’t happening. Otherwise great, mattress and bedding could be nice for the price of the hotel. "

"The staff were very friendly and super helpful, even after we’d had a problem at checkout which was totally our fault. The property is right in the middle of the old town which is where you want to be in Matera. Many restaurants within close proximity "
