"We stayed two nights at Pianelle Resort. The location was ideal for exploring the old town and taking advantage of the many nearby restaurants. The bedroom and bathroom were both spacious. They were a combination of modern / high spec and historical building. The only slight irritation / surprise was, although we didn’t need any, there would have been a charge for extra towels. This is unnecessary and sends the wrong message. However, this would not stop us from highly recommending it."

"Heel leuk en schoon hotel; bijzondere lay-out. Hotel is gelegen op 3 niveaus en heeft geen lift; dus sjouwen geblazen met de koffers. Kamers zijn krap; houdt niet over; schuifdeur naar badkamer (draaideur zou net passen). Storend: Onze kamer had geen enkele Europees stopcontact met randaarde en daarom geen aansluitingen voor onze waterkoker en/of onze laptop. Stekkers met dunne pootjes (b.v. mobiele telefoon) passen wel. Zweembad gaat pas op 16 mei open; jammer. Airco werkte niet; blijkt deze...

"The location of Brasiliani is incomparable, in the heart of the Sassi, but on the very edge of the ravine and the uninhabited Sassi area. It is stunning, quiet and walkable. The staff are lovely, and shuttle you from the car parking area. The breakfast is soooo good. Honestly, it was amazing."

"We rented out 3 rooms , all the room are different and very unique - clean - WiFi working well . There is some stairs from the hotel lobby to the room but the staff are amazing they will take care all your luggages with no problem. We ate at the hotel restaurant upstairs for one night . The view is beautiful but the food isn’t that good, service is a big disappointment , I almost rate them lower because of the restaurant service but I feel bad for all the people who’ve working at the front...
