Loses 'full marks' since the air-conditioning (clima) appeared ineffective, and the shower was very difficult to use without getting water all over the rest of the bathroom."

La réceptionniste a fait l'effort de nous parler français elle était prévenante et très sympathique. Ça fait très plaisir d'être accueillis ainsi."
