"Great property. When checking out, the only comment we made to them was the heat/air unit was loud. Not a great sleep. They said they had not previously been told about it and would send maintenance to look at it. If we were in the area and needed a hotel, we would stay again."

"Staff is amazing, always ready to help with any need. The breakfast has become an expected thing with Holiday Inn Express and the ladies taking care of it here did an incredible job considering the hotel was completley booked with a wedding, high school sports teams, racing teams competing at US 131 in Martin and the normal travellers they always take care of. Despite being right off 131, you don't hear traffic noise which is great too. Single complaint, while advertised as a "smoke free"...

"The room was clean, property was nicely upkept. Pool was open until 11pm. The vending machines were empty but might of been change over or somthing wasnt a big deal there is resturants near by. They did have a bar downstairs, didn't check it out but was nice it was available to us. Will stay here again if in the area!"

"The room was clean and spacious. Walk in shower had good pressure and temp. We got in later (8:30pm) and the attached restaurant (Wingnutz Buffalo) was open until 10:00. The restaurant was excellent. The traditional wings and “nuggiez” were both tip top. The fries and blue cheese were both outstanding. This hotel has an outdoor courtyard in the middle with a huge cabana and about 6 fire pits and seating areas. I would definitely stay here again."

"My only had two concerns were the wear on the chest/dresser in the room. It was badly scraped on the front. There were very few option for charging my cell phone. I felt that suggested the outdated quality of the room."

"The staff were very friendly and the shuttle to the casino was even friendlier! Great place to stay and to go to casino without the casino hotel price."

"Got exactly what I paid for. Really just needed a bed. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good, little small for a tall guy like me. That was all I needed. Room was very dated, but clean. Parking right outside the door. Located right off the freeway."

"well I didn't like the soap/shampoo dispensers on wall, who knows what could be put in them, rather have soap bars-safer. the desk staff was nice, but the breakfast staff was rude, couldn't keep up with what was needed, then to run out of potatoes at 7am was really a pisser. go back to the gravy and biscuits and eggs, the omelets were terrible."

"It was clear they are still working on upgrades. What they have done, was amazing. Beds were very comfortable. The only complaint I have, was the breakfast. Many things were not working and there was limited options. Yogurt, 1 type of cereal, waffle maker were working. Milk or coffee was the only option to drink. Everything was broken, empty or not prepared."
