"We had a wonderful stay at this property, the staff was helpful in anyway possible, offering suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants in the area, and they didn’t disappoint! All their picks were great! Breakfast was delicious with the best medialunas, and the restaurant had the most wonderful view, with the sunrise every morning. Our room was excellent, spacious with a view of the lake. We look forward to stay again in the future."

"My wife and I arrived late after being delayed in Bariloche picking up our ski rental, but the staff was present when we arrived and showed us to our room right away. The hotel is incredibly well maintained and clean. My wife loved how quaint it was. She also loved the heated floors. Our room was a comfortable temp for us, but they did inform us that changing the temperature in our room would be very difficult because they heat the rooms through the floors. They recommended that we do not adjust...

"Es un hotel viejo pero bien situado. Los empleados son amables ,el hotel está a sólo una cuadra de la calle Mitre y el centro cívico. Si lo recomendaría si solo usa el hotel para dormir y salir todo el día. El desayuno incluido ,para mi estaba bueno."
