Close to the beach, like 300m. Large enough for a family of 3. The balcony is nicely large. Staff is friendly. Although it is said that the location is quiet it is not, several times per week outdoor karaoke, neighbours cleaning their terraces with noisy electric air blowers in the morning. The elevator did not have any proof of maintenance on its label. Stuffing, like toaster, microwave and stove are old or weak, frying a piece of meat isn’t fun on the stove. There are several restaurants nearby but surprisingly they are quite often closed, in fact the choice is very limited.

Super Aussicht im 4. Stock auf Berger und Meer. Frisch renoviert, super ausgestattete Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Schöner Pool. Groundflour Appartment liegt nur direkt neben der Straße und man hat wenig Privatsphäre.

Family accommodation close to beach

Lovely family accommodation close to the beach . Nicely furnished and easy to keep clean as basics such as washing up liquid , cloth, sponge , brush and mop provided . Towels changed every other day . Friendly staff , regularly on time . Had access to books , toys and other beach equipment left by previous holiday makers . Outdoor pool area , modest but adequate for number of users and also proximity of beach . Sufficient sun loungers and parasols. Area was clean and tidy at all times . Local beach is a few minutes walk and is family friendly.

Apartamentos muy cómodos y a un paso de la playa.

Nosotros hemos estado en un apartamento de dos habitaciones y todo estaba muy nuevo, ya que los han reformado. Están al lado de la playa de Canyamel y cerca tienes bares y algún supermercado pequeño. Si bien la zona en la que están es muy tranquila, tienes a diez minutos en coche, varios pueblos con más movimiento y supermercados más grandes. La atención por parte del dueño, también muy bien.

Lovely!

Great location in Canyamel and very close to a nice sandy beach. The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds and a nice outdoor jacuzzi. The rooms are basic but clean and perfectly functional, Juan was welcoming and friendly and was happy to help you during your stay. We decided to hire a car (after hearing that transfers took approx. 2.5 hours!) which took just under an hour from Palma airport and there is plenty of free parking on the street nearby. TIP: if you do have a car, I'd recommend driving to Capdepera (10mins) to the big supermarkets for food & drink supplies as Juan said the local supermarkets were expensive.

Aan of uit dus, verder wel lekker. Vrij harde bedden, tweepersoons in ieder geval. Eenpersoons iets beter en zachter. Was een vierpersoons appartement. Maar ook in de kamer was een slaapbank beschikbaar.

The hotel was adequate but certainly not a perfect experience. Clean towels & toilet paper were not restocked frequently - we had to ask for new towels and TP at the reception desk. And the walls are really, really thin, so we woke up every morning at 5 am because of our next door neighbors who were up and about by that time.

Excelente apartamento para Mallorca Noreste

Amplio apartamento de 2 habitaciones (1 con cama matrimonio, otra con cama individual), más sofá cama. Perfecta para familias. Reforma reciente. Todo impecable. Cocina completa (vitro, lavavajillas, lavadora, horno pequeño, microondas, frigorífico grande, tostador, buen menaje) Pequeña terraza/balcón (sin vistas al mar). Piscina muy buena con tumbonas. Servicios menos habituales en apartamentos: te prestan toallas de piscina, te cambian toallas cada 2 días, recogieron basura...) Buen servicio de masajes (50min, 30eur). Capdepera está a 10min en coche y hay grandes supermercados. Canyamel es pequeño pero con algunas opciones de comer/cenar. No perderos una copa desde la terraza chillout del Vintage1934 con vistas al mar (a 5 min andando). Playas de Mesquida y Agulla (de arena) muy buenas a solo 20 min. Interesante coche alquilado aunque hay buses a sitios cercanos (Ratjada...). En el camino desde Agulla a Mesquida, recomiendo caminata a la Talaia Son Jaume: vistas espectaculares. Aparcamiento fácil por la zona, pero tb disponen de parking privado por 5 eur/día. Gran sitio para investigar el lado noreste de Mallorca.

Appart'Hotel très sympa

Un appart hôtel très bien géré, très propre, que ce soit dans les chambres ou à l'extérieur (piscine nettoyée tous les jours, terrasse etc...). Les chambres sont spacieuses, peut-être un peu mal insonorisees pour certaines mais le rapport qualité/prix est excellent. Les gérants sont vraiment très sympathiques et le village de Canyamel très agréable ; calme, bien équipé, petite plage sympathique. Le seul petit bémol serait le wifi vraiment trop faible dans les chambres mais apparemment la fibre optique arrive à Canyamel. Super séjour dans cet appart hôtel !

Excellent apartments in a great location

We stayed at the apartment complex for 3 nights. It is in a perfect location being in close proximity to the beach and shops. The owners are friendly, very informative and nothing was too much trouble. The apartment and surroundings were spotlessly clean. The only negative was that our room being an economy room did not have air conditioning, only a stand alone fan. However that was our choice to book it and we know that the owners are in the process of upgrading all the rooms. We were taken to one of the refurbished rooms which was lovely and of a very high standard and because of this we would highly recommend the complex.

Leuke appartementen vlakbij het strand

Leuke appartementen op een tactische plaats. Leuk klein stadje aan een prachtige baai gelegen. Appartementen liggen vrijwel aan het strand. Ruime kamers, netjes ingericht maar de afwerking kan beter. Tape nog de deuren van het schilderwerk, kieren/naden, niet afgedichte contactdoos enz. Niet zo heel schokkend maar dit zou wel beter mogen als ik dan toch feedback mag geven. Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaars: Juan en zijn vrouw. We hadden problemen met een lekkende airco en hij deed er werkelijk alles aan om dit direct te repareren ook al bleek dit zeer lastig en na 3 dagen pas opgelost. Van alle gemakken voorzien waaronder goede/grote oven, kleine maar werkende kookplaten, grote dubbele koelvriescombinatie, vaatwasser en wasmachine. Alles goed schoon en netjes. Mooi zwembad en leuk barretje in het complex. Parkeren is aan te raden voor 5 euro bij het complex per dag want kan erg druk zijn in de omgeving. Auto staat dan veilig op het binnenterrein dat alleen voor gasten toegankelijk is. Al met al op probleem met airco na goed verblijf gehad.

Strandnähe und renovierte Apartments mit Pool

Wir (2 Erwachsene und zwei Kinder) haben dieses Jahr nach einer strandnahen Unterkunft auf Mallorca gesucht. Die Apartmentanlage Sureda eignet sich sehr gut für Familien, denen es wichtig ist, den Tagesablauf selbständig und individuell zu gestalten. Durch die komplett ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Herd, Mikrowelle, Kühl- Gefrierschrank sowie Kaffeemaschine kann man problemlos kleine Speisen selbst kochen. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Töpfen war ausreichend. Eine Waschmaschine ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Badezimmer hatte eine große Dusche, welche man auch gleichzeitig mit Kind nutzen konnte. Die meisten Apartments sind mittlerweile renoviert. Die Außenanlage ist sehr sauber! Joan Sureda und seine Frau waren immer hilfsbereit. Auch Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants u.ä. geben die beiden gerne. Perfekt war die Strandnähe. Canyamel ist ein kleiner Ort mit der typischen Ausstattung an Supermärkten und Restaurants. Allerdings sind die Preise in den Supermärkten deutlich teurer, als in den großen Supermärkten Mercadona oder Eroski. Ein Auto ist dafür auch von Vorteil. Man kann von Canyamel aus viele schöne Buchten anfahren. Eine Tropfsteinhöhle ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Restaurants ausreichend für jeden Geschmack in Canyamel vorhanden. Preis- Leistung stimmt. Direkt neben dem Hotel war ein schattiger Fußballplatz und ein kleiner Spielplatz, welchen wir auch genutzt haben.

Tolles Appartement, super Lage!

Modern eingerichtetes Appartement - super Lage (Strand 5 min entfernt - einfach nur die Straße runter!). Das Personal war sehr höflich, nett und unkompliziert! Poolanlage war ebenfalls super. Andere Hotelgäste angenehm. Insgesamt sehr ruhiges Haus. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war perfekt! Immer wieder gerne! Danke für den tollen Urlaub! :)

Ubicato in una zona tranquilla dell'isola, dispone di tutti i comfort! Pulizia e gentilezza sono di casa. Personale disponibile e simpatico. Vi consiglio l'auto, per muovervi in giro x l'isola: la zona (canyamel) non offre molto. Il mare dista 200 mt.

Close to beach and markets

This was a small facility with about 8 apartments. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. The beach was nearby, maybe 2 blocks away. Beach umbrellas, mats, even sunscreen was available for use free of charge. The rooms were great, air conditioning was efficient, the small kitchenette with full size refrigerator was perfect. Good restaurants were located nearby. Easy drive from the airport.

Home from Home five minutes to turquoise sea .

We loved this place as it felt like home. Close to lovely beach, shops, restaurants n a tranquil river walk. The owners have made this place very homely with personal touch to little things that matter and that's what we liked about this place. The flat have all the essentials required for self catering and comfortably laid out furniture and lovely wall pictures. Any problems was quickly attended to without a fuss. Very thoughtful that they had a nice collection of books n also toiletries in case one forgot to bring any like tanning lotions. The massage is something to try out perhaps just before the end as it was so very relaxing. The couple are very helpful and work hard at keeping this place so lovely. I am sure in years to come there will be more to enjoy in this place.
